The Ark is nestled in Aberdares National
Park, in the heart of tropical rainforest.
This unique game lodge overlooks a floodlit
waterhole and a salt lick which attracts a
host of wildllife- elephants, leopards,
bushbucks and many more. Nairobi is 170 km
away.
Room Feature
Resembling and named after Noah's Ark, The
Ark comprises three decks with 59 ensuite
cabins and 2 non-smoking lounges. The
ensuite cabins are fitted with buzzers to
announce the arrival of on of the big
animals at the waterhole
Facilities
"On board" dining room, a bar and 2
non-smoking lounges. Numerous balconies and
lounges providing superb vantage points for
game viewing, ground level bunker for
photographic opportunities and salient game
drives
Remarks
Rates are based on full board and inclusive
of taxes, temporary membership at Aberdare
Country Club. Children under the age of 7
years are not allowed at the Ark. |
